SHIPPING POLICY
Consumer General

1. Shipping Locations
Consumer General ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
Orders may ship from domestic or international fulfillment centers depending on supplier availability.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include shipping time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 5–25 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order details and destination.
5. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once available. Tracking updates are controlled by carriers and may be delayed.
6. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may include multiple tracking numbers.
7. Customs and Import Fees
Because we ship only within the United States, customers are not responsible for international customs or import fees, even if fulfillment originates internationally.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Consumer General is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once transferred to the carrier. We may assist with carrier inquiries; however, replacement or refund is not guaranteed, including cases where tracking shows a package as lost.
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.
10. Carrier Delays
Consumer General is not liable for carrier delays. All delivery timeframes are estimates only.
11. Modifications
This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time without notice.
